Case report of a 54-year-old woman with metastatic neuroendocrine carcinoma who subsequently developed carcinoid heart syndrome. The condition resulted in severe pulmonary and tricuspid valve regurgitation and required multidisciplinary management including systemic therapy, tricuspid valve replacement, and chemoembolization of liver metastases. The case highlights the importance of timely recognition of cardiovascular complications associated with neuroendocrine tumors.
