First-Line Study for Advanced Lung Cancer with a KRAS G12C Mutation
Therapeutic area
Oncology — Lung Cancer
General profile of the patient sought
Intended for people with stage IIIB–IV non-small cell lung cancer, a confirmed KRAS G12C mutation, and a known PD-L1 result. Participants must have an ECOG performance status of 0–1, meaning they are fully active or have mild limitations with physically strenuous activities. The study is intended for people who have not previously received treatment for this disease, although the protocol allows a limited exception for urgent treatment. Participation also depends on tumor type, the absence of other actionable molecular alterations, and additional medical criteria reviewed by the research team.
